Programs
There are areas in which we are unique, and those in which we are similar, I.e., a bench press works the same muscle groups on every one. It is those similarities that allow us to make up programs. But it is in the uniqueness that lies the challenge of fitting a workout into an ongoing experience as a positive and productive component. My experience has been that a workout "program" is just that. In order to be effective it must plug into the motherboard which is your "lifestyle" and your "personality." It is with this in mind that I undertake to design each program.
The programs will have illustrated exercises, see Example A below, and contain reps, sets and detailed instructions on how to perform each movement. All questions about each new program should be included in the first e-mail, which will be answered in detail without charge. Subsequent e-mail will be charged $25 each. Programs start at $100.
The evaluation form is extensive. In order to determine whether or not I can be of help it is necessary to have as much relevant information as possible. It will give me greater insight into areas which may be useful or may undermine or minimize your efforts, along with informing the exercise program needed. $150
Because I do not give out my phone number I must call you. Arrangements would be made by e-mail. You would be billed at 5x the cost I am billed by the phone co for the call.
