1) Hip Roll - Obliques

Hip Roll - Obliques
  • Lie on your back.
  • Hold an object behind your head for support or place hands under buttocks, palms down.
  • Bend knees, feet firmly on floor.
  • Lower legs to right side until upper thigh touches floor.
  • Return to starting position, then repeat to left side.
  • Do all bending at waist.
  • Do not let shoulders come off floor.
  • Inhale to right, exhale to left.
