AAU Mr America
The AAU (Amateur Athletic Union of The United States) is the owner of the title Mr. America. To my knowledge it has never relinqushed that ownership. So any person who does not have a gold AAU medal with the Mr America imprimatuer is not a Mr. America. The Mr. America started in 1938 and the last one was in 1999. There are only 61 official Mr. America's and I am the thirty fifth.
